“TUTU” “AMA” “AUNTY CARRIE”

Age 95, formerly of DE Thompson Village in Ewa, passed away May 22, 2010 at the Leeward Nursing Center in Makaha.

She was born April 26, 1915 in Honolulu and was a retired saleswoman and manager for Ed & Don’s Candies and Ice Cream.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Olo Anae; son, Paul Anae; daughter, Luana Peltier. Survived by daughter-in-law, Pauahi Anae (Paul); son-in-law, George Peltier (Luana); son, Patrick; daughters, Lanette (Francis) Low and Keala Anae-Onishi; brother, Mervin Kauhane; 12 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation 9:30-11a.m., Tuesday (6/15) at Diamond Head Mortuary; Eulogy and Prayer Service 11 a.m. with burial to follow at Diamond Head Memorial Park Cemetery.
