Joseph Hing Choy Tom, 76, of Honolulu, a retired Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard electrical engineer and an Air Force veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Elena, sons Patrick and Andrew, daughter Diane, brothers Ernest and Hansel and sisters Rose Tyau and Edith Ching. Services: 11 a.m. today at Borthwick Mortuary. Call after 10 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park. Casual attire.
