79Kiyoharu Kawasaki, 88, of Hilo, a retired Hawaii Electric Light Co. lineman and storekeeper, and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Kukuihaele, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Ayako, son Miles T., daughter Pauline M., sisters Hideko Nonaka and Chiyoko Miyamura, and a grandchild. Private services. No monetary offerings.
