78Victoria Lynn "Vicky" Simonelli, 43, of Kapaa, Kauai, a Child & Family Services Head Start Program educational manager, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Maryland. She is survived by fiance Timothy Reagan and mother Margie Simonelli. Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Saturday at Kealia Beach, south side.
