He is survived by former wife Sandra Mahinai; companion Joann Naone; sons Willy and Jacintho I.; daughters Bridget Marshall and Russandra Rivera; father Russel K. Sr.; mother Katherine E. Summer; brothers Michael and Vernon; sisters Katherine Kamai, Travan Kelekoma, Corinna Davis, Kirstie Banda and Harlynn Rodriguez; and seven grandchildren.
