71St. Francis Kuulei Kalani "Frank" Kawelo, 82, of Honolulu, an Army veteran, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by sons Francis and Joseph, daughter Kuulei, brother George Sr., sister Emma Hitchcock and a grandchild. Services: 11:30 a.m. Friday at St. Patrick Church, 1124 7th Ave. Call after 10:30 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire. No flowers.
