72Richard Barraclough, 64, of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, an Air Force veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died. He was born in London. He is survived by wife Nancy; brothers John and Graham; and sisters Margaret Pullin, Paula Jenkins and Gillian Selvy.
