71Vincent "Papa" Engoring, 85, of Honolulu, a retired federal government painter and Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Kipahulu, Maui. He is survived by sons Kenneth and Clarence; daughters Cheryl, Tanya and Monica; brother Martin; 20 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services: 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Call after 5 p.m. Private inurnment. Casual attire.
