80Norbert Benedict Rapoza, 76, of Waimea, Hawaii, a retired Hawaii County police lieutenant, died in North Hawaii Community Hospital. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by sons Jeffrey, Terry and Scott; daughters Tammy Rapoza, Jody Eleneki and Trish Singh; brother Alvin; sister Mildred M. Subica; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Private services. Scattering of ashes at a later date.
