75Jose Lucero Manzano, 72, of Ewa Beach, a retired Navy chief petty officer, died in Kapiolani Medical Center at Pali Momi. He was born in Santo Tomas, Philippines. He is survived by sons Jay T. and Anthony T., daughter Ruena M. King, brother Manoling, sister Lolita Reyes and seven grandchildren. Services: 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary.
