83Signe Luscomb, 84, of Hilo, a retired Kapiolani Medical Center registered nurse, died at home. She was born in Eureka, Calif. She is survived by sons Chip and Peter, daughter Peggy, three grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services. Donations suggested to Hospice of Hilo.
