69William T. "Bill" Butler, 81, of Mililani died in Honolulu. He was born in Oklahoma City. He is survived by wife Agnes, son Steven, daughters Debra Winkfield and Dee Anne Conrad, 11 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Services: 6 p.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Call after 5:30 p.m. Committal services: 10 a.m. Friday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire. No flowers.
