77Anthony Kanaiaupuni "Coach Tony" Makue Jr., 53, of Waianae died in Waianae. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Annette L.; sons Anthony K. III, Ikaikakamana'olana I. and Keli'i; daughter Tiffany L.; brother Allandave M.; sisters Antoinette B. Leando, Annette U. Moananu and Elizabeth L. Goodhue; and three grandchildren. Services: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Elizabeth Church, Aiea. Mass: 11 a.m. Luncheon to follow.
