74Carol "Tiger" Waters, 49, of Kahuku, Hilo and Keaau, Hawaii, a public relations employee, died in Honolulu. She was born on Ernest Harmon Air Force Base in Canada. She is survived by sons Zackery "Zack" and Christopher "Chris" Waters, Rodrigo "Kermit" Borreta and Stewart "Stew" McInnis; daughter Olivia "Livia"; parents Jack and Conchita; brothers Jack "Buster" Jr., James "Jimmy Stix," Richard, Michael and Anthony; sisters Sharon Kelly, Connie Lee Caulford and Linda Waters; and 10 grandchildren.
