74Debbie Jeanne Blazek-Wamsley, 38, of Waianae died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by mother Helen Aipolani, brothers Robert Silva and Donald "Kimo" Furtado, and sisters Tammy Silva, Kelly Magsanay, Terry Newcomb-Silva and Gaylen Eisen. Graveside services: 9 a.m. Saturday at Diamond Head Memorial Park. Casual attire.
