78Juan Reyes Ramos, 86, of Honolulu, a retired U.S. government budget analyst at Clark Air Base in the Philippines, died in Hale Nani Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. He was born in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Priscilla M; sons Benjamin, Bruce, Benedict, Bienvenido, Brando and Bernard; daughter Beatrice Ramos-Razon; sister Marina Tiburcio; 16 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Services: 7 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Call after 6 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday. Committal services and burial to follow at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery.
