81Amparo Tolentino Rafael, 72, of Pukalani, Maui, a homemaker, died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Charles M. Sr.; sons Charles M. Jr., Cameron M. and Chris M.; daughters Tracy Rafael, Colleen M. Hauptman and Cheryl M. Jarrell; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Private services.
