72Douglas Minoru "Mino" Zaan, 80, of Lahaina, a retired Maui Electric Co. meter reader, died in Wailuku. He was born in Waikapu, Maui. He is survived by wife Kazue "Karen"; sons Michael K. and Earl J.; brothers Jack, Sammy and Stanley; sisters Sharon Yonamine, Sachiko "Natalie" Fujiii and Margaret Zaan; and a grandchild. Services: 4 p.m. Sunday at Lahaina Hongwanji Mission. Call after 3 p.m. Casual attire.
