81Siegfried R. Azevedo, 71, of Waimea, Hawaii, a retired Hawaii Air National Guard aircraft crew chief, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Sharon, son David S., daughters Kathleen Mika and Kristina Carreira, sister Millicent Hayes and five grandchildren. Mass: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Annunciation Catholic Church, Waimea. Call after 8:30 a.m. Additional services: 1 p.m. next Wednesday at St. Ann's Church, Kaneohe.
