72Herminia "Mining" Madriaga, 57, of Omao, Kauai, a contract worker in Hong Kong and homemaker, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. She was born in Laoag City, Philippines. She is survived by husband Wilson; daughters Ling-Ling Rayco, Maribel Manangan, Mylene Battulayan and Sharon Santos; parents Berto and Mating Agno; sisters Clarita Domingo, Oping Mann, Josie Acoba and Alma Santos; brothers Joel and Victor Agno; and three grandchildren. Services: 5 p.m. July 24 at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary Chapel, Koloa. Burial to follow in Currimao, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.
