72Keiko Okada, 86, of Kahului, a Kahului Elementary School maintenance engineer, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Hollywood, Calif. She is survived by daughters Beatrice Chong and Virginia Miyauchi, sister Patricia Kiyoguchi and two grandchildren. Private services.
