74William Kapule Jr., 70, of Kaneohe, a retired Army sergeant first class and City and County of Honolulu refuse superintendent, died in Castle Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brothers Rodney Sr. and Russell; and sister Maxine. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at Borthwick Mortuary, mauka chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Aloha attire.
