71Annette Leialoha Silva, 66, of Honolulu, a control officer with top-secret clearance at headquarters, Pacific Fleet Submarine Force, Pearl Harbor, died in Kaiser Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by brothers Robert K. and Allan K., and sisters Bernadette K.S. James and Heidi Cabael. Visitation: 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Star of the Sea Church.
