75Shimeko Ah Toong, 95, of Hilo, a barber for the former Alice's Barber Shop, died in Arzaga's Care Home in Hilo. She was born in Mountain View, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Robert, Charles and Edward; daughter Virginia Motoki; brother Hatsuo Nishi; sisters Yukiko Barboza, Teruyo Fujikawa, Suemi Yamada and Harumi Hirata; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Visitation: 4 p.m. Monday at Dodo Mortuary. Services: 5 p.m. Burial: 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 1.
