74William Creagh Dozier Jr., 91, of Kailua, a retired Navy captain, died in Castle Medical Center. He was born in Tuscaloosa, Ala. He is survived by wife Jean; children Roslyn Liu, Geoff Dozier and Jane Sibalski; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Committal services: 11 a.m. Monday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Aloha attire. Reception to follow at the family residence.
