NELLIE SUENO MURAKAMI

At 90 years old, she peacefully passed away at her home in Cypress, California. Born on February 27, 1920 in Kahuku, she moved to Cypress in 1995 to be with her children after her husband Haruo predeceased her. She retired from Straub Clinic after 25 years of employment.

She is survived by her daughter Janis Uehara Agena, son Keith (Etta) Murakami; 5 grandchildren, Laurie (Mike) Saida, Radley Uehara, Jon (Susan) Murakami, Brandon and David Murakami; 8 great-grandchildren, Kelsy, Scott, Courtney, Nicole, Jacob, Ashley, Caitlyn and Jolene. All were at her bedside as she began her journey. May she now be at peace.

Service to be held at Forest Lawn Mortuary in Cypress on July 30, 2010, at 10:30 AM.
