74Felix Ulep Batangan, 82, of Honolulu, a retired Philippine soldier, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Dolores; son Excie; daughters Magdalena Leano, Leticia Abes and Norma; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services: 11:45 a.m. Burial to follow at Diamond Head Memorial Park.
