74Hifumi Kanno, 86, of Honolulu, a retired Plantation Coffee House waitress at the Ala Moana Hotel, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. She was born in Pepeekeo, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Michael and James; daughters Jean Kapuras, Catherine Pettit and Juliette Yip; brothers Kazusumi and Theodore Kitagawa; sister Shimae Nagai; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
