75Oi Chan Mow, 85, of Honolulu, an O.C. Mow Dependable Tax Service owner and Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Pearl City. He is survived by brothers Teong Chan "Danny," Soon Chan and Fook Chan "Norman"; sisters Lillian Ako and Judith Chin; and caregivers Laura and Gertrude Ung. Private services.
