73Robert E. Cole Jr., also known as Bob Cole, 81, of Honolulu, a former sports editor for the Wichita Falls Record News, Dallas Morning News and Honolulu Star-Bulletin, and former vice president of Roberts Hawaii Tours, died in Honolulu. He was also former Pacific vice president for World Airways, a retired travel agent and tour operator and an Army veteran. He was born in Wichita Falls, Texas. He is survived by wife Sharon A., son Blair G., daughter Jodie T. and two grandchildren. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Ka Hale Hoano O Ke Akua, 1760 Nalani St. Services: 11:30 a.m. Light lunch to follow. Private inurnment to be held at a later date. Aloha attire.
