81Kiyoshi "K-Fat" Hiramatsu, 86, of Honolulu, a former Honolulu Police Department captain, state community antenna television administrator and Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son James, daughter Beverly, brother Robert, sister Betty Tanaka and two grandchildren. Services: 6 p.m. Friday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Casual attire. No flowers.
