72Randall K.S. "Randy" Chee, 53, of Honolulu, former owner of Poi Bowl Moiliili and manager at Sizzler Kalihi, Big City Kaimuki and Gyotaku Restaurant in Niu Valley, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by parents Herbert K.S. and Beatrice K.Y., brothers Clyde and Kelvin, and sisters Marilyn Chee and Vicky Hiramoto. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Waialae Baptist Church, 1047 21st Ave. Services: 11 a.m. Private inurnment. Casual attire.
