80Joan Margaret Lewis, 73, of Lahaina, formerly of Matawan, N.J., died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in the Bronx, N.Y. She is survived by son William "Bill," daughter Dwan and three grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at Ballard Family Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Makawao Cemetery.
