77Violet D. Ishikawa, 76, of Hilo, formerly of Ookala, Hawaii, a retired Laupahoehoe Post Office postmaster and St. Anthony's Catholic Church secretary, died in Hilo Medical Center. She also was a Laupahoehoe School volunteer teacher's aide. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by brothers Robert Abrisce and Conrad Deparini, and sisters Nancy Giron and Nina Stephens. Visitation: 9 a.m. Monday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Papaaloa. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial: noon at Homelani Memorial Park. Aloha attire. No flowers.
