He is survived by wife Betty, son Kapena, daughter Kalei, parents Robert and Jeanette, brothers Randall and Ryan "Keone," sister Rhonda Kostiha and a grandmother. Visitation: 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at Borthwick Mortuary. Services: 6:30 p.m. Graveside services: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hawaiian Memorial Park. Casual attire.
