Age 84, Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away July 18, 2010 in Aiea. Born March 25, 1926 in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. A retired Sergeant from the U.S. Army and also at Pacific Construction. A member of Labor’s
International Union of North America Local 368.

He is survived by wife, Leticia P. Berano; son, Lester (Evelyn) Berano; 4 grandsons; brothers, Raymond (Toni) Birano, Jon Berano; sister, Nancy Cui; sister-in-law, Asuncion “Kay” Berano; numerous nieces & nephews.

Visitation 6-9 p.m. Wednesday (August 11) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Wake Service 6:30 p.m. Visitation also 8:15 a.m. Thursday (August 12) at St. Philomena Catholic Church; (3300 Ala Laulani Pl., Salt Lake) Mass 10:00 a.m. Committal Service 1:00 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery. Casual Attire. Flowers Welcome.
