80The Rev. William D. Sanders Jr., 74, of Fort Worth, Texas, an Ewa Beach Baptist Church pastor and Air Force veteran, died in Fort Worth. He was born in Fairmont, Va. He is survived by sons Bill, David, Matt, Aldon and Scott; daughters Cheryl S. Macalik and Rebecca Ramsey; 16 grandchildren; and five great-grand- children. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church, Wahiawa, 1233 California Ave. Services: 10:30 a.m. Committal services: 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
