76Abel John Souza Sr., 65, of Kapaa, Kauai, a retired Aina Site Construction foreman, died at home. He was born on Oahu. He is survived by wife Marlyn "Hoku"; son Abel Jr.; daughters Michelle Reis and Kimberly and Brenda Souza; stepsons Sonny and Shawn Kelekoma; stepdaughters Shantel "Telly" and Sharnal "Naka" Kelekoma; brother Bernard Ancheta; sister Ramona Yang; 24 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Aug. 28 at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary Chapel. Services to follow. Burial at Kauai Memorial Gardens. Casual or aloha attire.
