75Harriet Sachiko Taketa, 91, of Honolulu, a homemaker, died in Kuakini Geriatric Care Inc. She was born in Wainaku, South Hilo, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Myles S. and Russ S., daughter Verda S. Masuda and three grandchildren. Private services.
