74Grace Kazuyo Matsuoka, 95, of Honolulu, a retired salesclerk, died in Honolulu. She was born in Kalihiwai, Kauai. She is survived by sons Fredric "Saichi" and Lance Kawahara, daughters Joyce "Jo" Olson and Faith Kawahara-Seal, sister Eleanor Okubo, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
