83Hideki "Shy" Nagata, 81, of Hilo, a retired state Department of Transportation bridge maintenance worker, died in Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center, Hilo. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Bertha, sons Dale H. and Alan H., brother Tokiwo and sisters Sue T. Saiki, Tatsuko Nishimura and Hisako Kurata. Visitation: 4 p.m. Tuesday at Dodo Mortuary. Services: 5 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
