EUGENIO “KINYONG” RAMALES LACTAOEN

Age 84, of Ewa Beach, Hawaii, passed away July 26, 2010 in Ewa Beach. Born November 15, 1925 in Santa Maria, Camiling, Tarlac, Philippines. He retired as a First Lieutenant Philippines Constabulary and a Korean Veteran. Also retired as a utility worker from Zippy’s Restaurant.

He is survived by wife:, Visitacion D. Lactaoen; sons, Henry (Yolanda) Lactaoen, Ricardo (Norma) Lactaoen, Arnold (Myrna)
Lactaoen, Ronald (Teresa) Lactaoen, Eugenio (Mildred) Lactaoen Jr.; daughter, Cecilia (Bryan) Villanueva; brothers, Jose (Clarita) Lactaoen, Cleto (Adelina) Lactaoen, Monico (Zenaida) Lactaoen; sister, Maxima (Hebron)
Santos; 14 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.

Visitation 5:30 p.m. Sunday (August 29) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Prayer Service 6:30 p.m. Visitation also 9:00 a.m. Monday (August 30) at St. Joseph Catholic Church; (94-675 Farrington Hwy., Waipahu) Mass 9:30 a.m. Burial 11:00 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
