Joseph K. Conant, 80, of Mililani, a retired Army lieutenant colonel and Hawaii Finance & Development Corp. executive director, died in Kapolei. He was born in Natchitoches, La. He is survived by wife B. Dolores; son Brian; daughters Lisa Ogawa, Karen C. Norville, Sharon La Cour and Yvette Omura; brother James; sisters Alice Gregory, Theresa Donatto, Cecilia McLaughlin and Elouise Martin; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Monday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Mass: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. John Apostle & Evangelist Church, 95-370 Kuahelani Ave., Mililani. Additional services: 11:30 a.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
