73Ora Hooks Finney, 92, of Kapolei, formerly of Kansas City, Mo., died. She was born in Conway, Ariz. She is survived by sons Emmett and Ricardo Finney, brother James F. Hooks and sister Flora Allen. Visitation to be held in Kansas City.
