HELEN LYDIA SURELL AGUA

Age 75 passed away to join the heavenly Father and the angels. She passed away peacefully on August 17, 2010 at Kaiser Permanente Hospital with family and friends at her bedside. Graduate of Farrington High School Class of ’54. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister & auntie. She also was a great hanai-mother to her children’s friends. Her passion was “shopping”. She loved to dance, do gardening, going to craft fairs, loved to create flower arrangements and watched Filipino drama films. She was a kind and loving person who always gave and never expected anything in return.

Survived by husband, Alfred, son Jason (Jan-Marie), two daughters Rona (Johnny) Barsano and Melisa (Michael) Burton of California. Five grandchildren Ti’ana Lacar, Katelynn Barsano, Keoni Barsano, Joshua Agua and Jadyn Agua. Three brothers Rudy (Sandi) Surell, Rodney (Arsenia) Surell and Rick Surell. Two sisters Nancy (Jeffrey) De Corte and Gloria- Jean (Fred) Surell-Maikai. Also numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation 9:00 am, Friday, Sept. 3 at Mililani Memorial Park (Makai Chapel), Service at 11:00am and burial to follow.
