80Benjamin K. Kananiokalani "Honey Boy" Akau Sr., 73, of Kealia, Kauai, a retired Roberts Hawaii Tours Co. bus driver, died in Castle Medical Center. He was born in Lahaina. He is survived by wife Debonair; sons Glenn, Guy, Ivan, Damien and Dwayne; daughter Dolly Anna Garces; brother Jordan; sisters Faith Akau, Ernestine Ramos and Laverne Sanchez; 22 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Sept. 18 at Koloa Church. Services: 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Koloa Church cemetery.
