Filomena Ancheta Ganir, 87, of Kapaa, Kauai, a retired dishwasher at The Bull Shed, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Slosona, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by sons Alfredo, Wayne, Justino, Tomas Jr. and Elpie; daughters Teresita Aguilar, Anastacia Acob-Pascua, Perlita Agtunong and Josie Ganir; sisters Purificacion Guerra and Elena Ganal; 31 grandchildren; and 38 great-grandchildren. Services: 6 p.m. Sept. 24 at Kauai War Memorial Convention Hall. Visitation: 8 a.m. Sept. 25 at Immaculate Conception Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kalapaki Bay Memorial Park.
