Madison Eldon Oliver, 85, of Woodburn, Ore., formerly of Ho-nolulu, a registered professional engineer, Parsons Hawaii general manager and U.S. Naval Amphibious Forces veteran who served during World War II, died. He was born in Hermosa Beach, Calif. He is survived by wife Virginia and sister Madelyn Wallace. Services on the mainland.
