74Roderick Antonio De Guzman, 32, of Wailuku, a restaurant cook, died in Wailuku. He was born in Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by wife Beverly; sons Radyn, Rodley and Roden; daughter Jasmine; mother Julie Pader; brother Rolando; sisters Rosemarie Cosue, Cynthia Lewis and Dolie Ann Pader. Visitation: 6:30 p.m. Friday and 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Christ the King Catholic Church. Mass: 7:30 p.m. Friday. Services: 11:30 a.m. Saturday. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Maui Memorial Park.
