80Julie Anne Yamashiro Yomen, 49, of Honolulu, a fisheries observer, died in Honolulu. She was born in Kula, Maui. She is survived by daughter Sera, mother Lily Yamashiro, and sisters Lynn and Kathleen Yamashiro. Visitation: 1 p.m. Saturday at Oahu Cemetery Chapel. Services: 2 p.m. Casual attire.
